S:- 1 oz walnuts
activia light strawberry yogurt

D:-chicken breast, peppers, onions, mushrooms and marinara sauce
cauliflower
cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, and green beans w. a we bit of light ranch

S:-homemade pita chips and salsa
